HUNTSVILLE — Penny Schwinn, Tennessee’s Commissioner of Training, frequented 50 Scott County Faculty Process educators who were completing the state’s reading instruction for Greatest For All here Tuesday. The initiative is to focus on sounds-very first studying instruction for all college students.
Commissioner Schwinn spoke briefly to the lecturers and expressed her appreciation for the difficult get the job done through the academic university year just finished.
